Introduce Dental Implants to your Patients

One The Gallery, Oxford

Introduce Dental Implants
to your Patients

  • Do you feel comfortable explaining the benefits of implant treatment to patients in a way that they will understand?
  • Do you feel frustrated at times by a lack of treatment plan acceptance for implant cases?
  • Do you wish you and your team had a better system or specific tools to approach patient communication for implant cases?
If you have answered yes to any or all of the questions, we believe this course can be of benefit to you.

This one-day course is designed for dentists wishing to introduce dental implants into their daily practice, and we will cover the indications and benefits of dental implant-supported restorations as a treatment option for your patients.

The day will involve a combination of lectures, treatment planning and hands-on exercises. Delegates will be taken through each stage of implant treatments, including patient selection, restoration design and maintenance. Following the hands-on exercise, participants will have the knowledge and practical experience of the instrumentation, impression components and steps to restore Straumann® dental implants in straightforward cases.

  • Introduction to dental implants – What are they? Why consider them? When to use them

  • Understand the various phases in implant dentistry – Planning | Surgery | Restoration

  • Discuss the planning and restoration phase of straightforward treatment

  • Hands-on exercise – implant impression and restoration exercise

  • Overview of aftercare and maintenance

At One The Gallery we strive to provide high quality dental care, but there are many more reasons why you should choose us to look after your dental care.

Our Specialists are registered on the General Dental Council specialist list, whilst all the other dentists have undergone extensive post graduate training, and their practice is limited to their specialty.

In addition to our highly trained dentists and experienced team, our caring ethos underpins every aspect of your care.  Our ‘patient centred approach’ means that we aim to treat you with the same respect and decision making process that each and every one of us at One The Gallery would expect to be treated with ourselves.

We have the latest dental equipment and utilise the most up-to-date treatment techniques and materials. Every treatment we carry out has a strong evidence base thus ensuring that you will always be offered the most appropriate advice and treatment plan for your own individual needs.
